There are several ways to use the 302EUK for the best results, first, you can go forward with the machine against the pile direction, this should collect the debris, then walk backwards, pulling the machine backwards with you, this will then assist in lifting the pile fibres of the Artificial grass. Alternatively, you can go forwards with the machine, in the pile direction, this should collect the debris and then walk backwards pulling the machine with you, this will then also assist in lifting the pile fibres of the Artificial grass.

Unlike most beliefs, Artificial Grass is not 100% maintenance free, yes, there is no need to mow or water, but that is as far as it goes to being maintenance free. You still have to keep it clear of debris and regularly brush up the pile to keep that pristine lawn appearance. Lets face it, if you have carpet in doors you wouldn’t leave it for weeks without using a vacuum cleaner to clean it, so it makes sense to have one of these power brushes.
To keep your Artificial Grass looking perky and well maintained a thorough grass cleaning should be performed on at least a monthly regular basis, this will help keep your lawn clean and inviting.

We do not recommend this machine to be used for spreading dry kiln sand, or to be used on products filled with sand as this may clog your machine and could cause it to stop working.
We accept no liability if you do use this machine on artificial grass products that have been infilled with dry kiln sand. If used on sand filled products, we will not repair, replace, or refund, as these machines are not manufactured for this purpose.
Returns/Damaged Faulty Goods
The goods should be fully inspected and tested before use. Damaged/faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt, either by phone or email:sales@artificialgrass-maintenance.co.uk We will then make further arrangements with you to collect the faulty item and have it replaced. If the goods are returned and have been used, no refund will be issued.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order, up to 14 days after you receive the goods.. To cancel your order you must inform us either by phone, or by email: sales@artificialgrass-maintenance.co.uk. All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase within 14 days of receipt of returned goods if card details are supplied when cancelled, otherwise we will issue refund via cheque. We will not refund any monies if the returned item has been used prior to returning. (Buyer to pay costs of return if item is non faulty).

Upon receiving your goods should you decide to return the item, as long the item is returned unused and in the same packaging within 24 hours of purchase, we will offer a full refund. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase upon receipt of returned goods in store. We will not refund any monies if the returned item has been used prior to returning.
WARNING: The goods must return in the same state as when the customer received them. The products must arrive in their original packaging and any form of extra packaging AGM might have added, along with instructions manuals, accessories and whatever items they originally came with.
You will be held responsible if the goods decrease in value due to any form of mishandling, or, using the goods in ways that do not suit their purpose or design.
If agreed you can return a USED product, it will undergo commercial depreciation and at that point, it can only be sold again as used equipment. In that case, the product value will decrease. This also applies to products that are returned without their original packaging or products that are somehow damaged in transit back to us.
